You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify Miniature Real Estate if you'd like to cancel, excluding commissioned pieces created with your input, which are non-refundable. During this time, you are responsible for keeping the goods you bought safe and in good condition 

Once you've notified us, you have another 14 days to return the items in their original packaging and good condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation but may be held until items are returned in suitable condition.
